All payments are handled securely through eBay.

ADDITIONAL ORDERS: Additional orders or purchases will not be included if payment has already been completed and checkout has been finalised through the payment gateway.

HANDLING TIME: All orders are shipped within 2–3 business days after payment has cleared.

BEFORE SHIPPING: Please double-check that your delivery address is accurate, as we dispatch to the address recorded in the eBay Sales Record.

TRACKING: Buyers are advised to refer to the courier's official website for real-time tracking updates. The parcel may be left in a safe place if nobody is home; otherwise the courier will leave it at the nearest collection point.

Customs duties, taxes and import fees apply to all international shipments.

BUYER RESPONSIBILITY: The buyer (consignee) is solely responsible for all import-related expenses.

FOR UK & EU BUYERS: We declare all shipments as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning import taxes and customs duties are covered by us. UK VAT is automatically calculated and collected by eBay at checkout.

FOR ALL OTHER COUNTRIES: The buyer is fully responsible for paying any customs duties, VAT, GST or handling fees directly to the shipping carrier upon import. The seller is not liable for these charges.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.

Items must be returned in their NEW & ORIGINAL condition and packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will not issue a refund for parcels refused by the buyer.

REFUSAL/RTS: No refund will be issued for parcels refused by the buyer or left uncollected after being released for collection.

RETURN SHIPPING: As this is a cross-border purchase, we do not provide a prepaid return label. Please contact us to arrange a replacement or a partial refund, depending on the issue.
