These laptops are in used condition so will have signs of use such as shine/wear to keyboards, trackpads, palm rests etc as well as minor scratches and screens will have signs of use, especially touchscreens. Please note the silver plastic casing of this model is particularly prone to scratching which shows the black plastic underneath, most items will have some scratches from use but this will not detract from the product or affect its function.
All items will have minor signs of use, wear, imperfections etc but these will not affect the function or enjoyment of the item. Heavily worn/marked/imperfect items or those presenting with errors, are listed separately.
Laptop Battery Testing
Please do not ask us how long the battery lasts or the health of it. How long a battery lasts is entirely dependant on what tasks it is performing. For example a laptop left on standby, disconnected from the internet will last significantly longer than one that is streaming a HD movie at full resolution and brightness with sound playing whilst other background tasks are occurring. Any battery time guide provided, will be deceptive and we do not wish to deceive buyers.
We verify that the battery is holding charge ONLY and not showing any faults in the BIOS or presented any during our bench testing - If a battery is showing as 'poor/requires replacement' in the BIOS or not holding charge we will specify in the listing above. Unless specified, laptop batteries are replaceable very simply and at a low cost. Batteries life span can affected by charging patterns so a healthy battery today, may not stay that way for long if charged/discharged in correctly. Please visit the manufactures website for recommended charging instructions. Batteries are not covered by any guarantee/warranty.

Shipping our items is very important to us, we use lots of packing to ensure your item gets to you safely. To reduce our carbon footprint we try to reuse packaging or source recycled and eco-friendly products as much as possible. As standard we use a next business day or 48 hour signed for Parcelforce service that are insured for loss or damage, all items are tracked from the moment they leave us to the moment they arrive with you. Small items are dispatched via Royal Mail postal service. Large items will be shipped via PalletForce on a 48 hour service. Collection may be available on some of our items, if you are interested in collecting, please get in touch with us prior to purchase. If you are buying more than one item, please do not assume you can request combined shipping as not all items are held at the same warehouse. |

All of our items come with a standard 30 day RTB warranty unless stated otherwise. We understand there is nothing worse than an item arriving damaged or faulty, simply get in touch with us by phone or eBay message centre and we will resolve any issues you may have. For Trade Customers ONLY - Our warranty is with you the buyer only and is not transferrable to a third party should you sell the item on before the 30 day warranty expires. For example purchases shipped direct to your customer are excluded from warranty. All items are shipped with our branded documentation/instructions and a shipping note. All serial numbers of equipment sold are recorded and condition reports completed prior to shipping. Batteries whether internal or external are not guaranteed and are excluded from our warranty as they are considered consumable parts. Batteries are tested as holding charge only and returns are excluded for this reason. Please do not ask how long the battery lasts or for a health status as both can be deceptive. Battery life will depend on use and the heath/life can be affected by charging patterns and we do not wish to mislead you. Warranty applies to Hardware Only - Data loss is not covered. We recommend all laptop owners utilise an external drive or cloud based storage for files/photos/videos etc as by their nature laptops are vulnerable. Please note that the return of items maybe subject to a restocking fee, i.e. Brand New items that have had the original packaging/seals, compromised/broken will incur a restocking fee. Refurbished items, if the device has been used and requires refurbishment to return to pre sold condition, it will incur a restocking fee. |
