All of our items are former corporate/business assets which have been fully refurbished by our in house Dell Expert Network engineers. This particular model's has a black chassis with a silver top painted coating, therefore general wear & tear exposes the black chassis beneath accentuating normal wear and tear. Therefore please expect to find minor signs of use such as marks from sticker removal, minor scratches/scuffs etc that expose the black chassis underneath but nothing that detracts from the enjoyment of the product or prevents it working as intended.
Batteries
We verify in the system BIOS that the battery is showing a 'Normal', 'Good' or 'Excellent' health and is holding charge. How long a battery lasts is entirely dependant on the task being completed. For example a laptop left on standby would last far longer than one streaming a FHD movie with sound whilst running background task. We can not predict the usage so can not predict how long it lasts. Please expect, as with all items that rely on a battery, to have to replace it during your ownership. We can not accept orders requesting a specific battery health, or provide photos of the specific machine you are purchasing apologies. Batteries are excluded from warranty.

We offer a 30 day return to base warranty on hardware only and batteries are excluded from warranty. Tamper seals are applied to all items with an operating system. Items must be returned to us in the same condition they were sold, if the system has been tampered with such as upgrades performed or the operating system has been removed/changed, the warranty is void. Used items will be subject to a refund reduction to return to as sold condition and for your data protection, all data bearing media will be destroyed
