This beautiful gown is one of a kind. There is a blue tulle over a purple material for the base of the gown. The top has spaghetti straps and off the shoulders ruffles. 

Actual Measurements:

Chest is 15.5" from Pit to pit

Waist is 12" across

Length is 55" from the top of the spaghetti strap to the bottom of the hem

This dress appears to be in good preowned condition for its age. There is NO size tag so Please LOOK at the measurements. There is a small hook near the bottom back of the dress to lift the dress.
