This is a 2023-24 Panini Phoenix PARAGON SILVER PRIZM REFRACTOR #13 VICTOR WEMBANYAMA RC. PLEASE NOTE: While the card came right out the pack into a sleeve and top loader, there are several printing issues (small dots) on the surface of the card that are not picked up in the scan. The scan is the actual card but the defects are difficult to see.

SHIPPING

For US customers the card will be shipped for a flat rate of $2.50 (USPS Ground Advantage) in a top loader and bubble envelope or we also offer expedited one day "Get It Fast" USPS Priority Express service for a flat rate of $20. 

We do offer several deals on US combined shipping (must be invoiced together):

1)  There is NO ADDITIONAL COST for additional items. You pay a flat fee of $2.50 no matter how many items you combine from my other auctions.

2)  If you exceed $25 in total amount purchased, we ship everything FREE!

International orders are welcome but shipping cost will vary on location and selected service. We DO combine shipping on international orders and each additional order is FREE (no additional charge)!!
