Reverse Torpedo Fruit Basket produced by Dalzell, Gilmore & Leighton pattern line 490D) circa 1892. Also, attributed to the Burlington Glass Works, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada Diamond Glass Co., Montreal, Canada. The glass is clear and any colors you see in the photographs are reflections from indoors where I photographed the piece. Diameter 9 1/4 ”at gallery and height 8 5/8" 5/16”.  There is a small flat chip inside base in minor mold roughness. There is also mold roughness on outside of base and bottom of top row of torpedoes bottom edge. In the mold roughness or extra glass around the base there are fleabites One of the top row of torpedo's has chip on the inside bottom. There is a straw mark on inside of bowl and a brandy well.  Weight before packing 3.744 pounds. Please email with questions or comments.
