Buyers agree to pay at the time the order is placed. Prices for Products exclude all insurance, freight, federal, state and local taxes, fees, and other governmental assessments, all of which shall be paid by Buyer directly.

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is important so returns are accepted for non-electrical products for 30 days. All returns require prior authorization by contacting Customer Service. At our sole discretion, we may accept returns for exchange or refund. Items must be in same condition as shipped. If an item is received damaged or incorrectly product, please contact Customer Service immediately.

Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us, will qualify for a refund. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive the returned product. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged.

Again you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item sent from our store. The Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We will ship almost anywhere in the USA within 1-2 business days. Some products and shipping locations carry additional charges.
