Synopsis: 

Warren is a socially inept young librarian who lacks self-confidence and good looks. Up to now, Warren has failed miserably with women and, determined to change his luck, he turns to the collection of self-help books he acquired. Warren finds a manual that explains a method of utilizing the full potential of the brain and thus, exercising complete mind control.

Warren is soon able to perform amazing feats of mind control and uses his newfound skills to satisfy his every desire. Determined to consummate a relationship with his provocative supervisor Sandy, he begins to control her feelings for him. Warren carries the mind exercises to an extreme and, consequently, his personality completely transforms. He loses touch with all reality and his seething brain reaches uncontrollable proportions. Finally, Warren loses his mind and his over-developed brain explodes from his head. The vicious, mutant, brain monster takes on a life of its own and pursues Warren's friends and Sandy. Only a superior mind can save them!
