I'm not sure what vintage these are, but this AC logo goes back many years. Currently the company name is AC-Delco, so they are definitely not current.
These embroidered patches are about 2 1/2" diameter.
You'll probably notice that the logos on these have significant differences.
There is no adhesive on the back, so these are sew-on type patches.
