PAYMENT:
- Once item is accepted to buy-payment should be made within 48 hours
- We do not hold items for later payment or offer lay away
- Sales outside the 48 states: Payment will be available only after we send an invoice including shipping, or done automatically by eBays global shipping program.
SHIPMENT:
- WE DO NOT SHIP OVERNIGHT OR EXPRESS
- Standard shipping is 3-7+ business days
- Our warehouse does not offer local pickup. We do offer designated pickup for ENGINE AND FRAMES ONLY.
- Handling time is generally 1 business day. Weekend sales or Friday sales after 11AM, will ship the next open business day.
- All international shipping, APO/PPO, as well as all locations OUTSIDE of the 48 contiguous states, will be subjected to additional shipping charges.
- Other fees such as; import, tax, etc.,incurred, are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
FRAMES AND ENGINES:
FRAMES: We require a VALID ID of buyer prior to shipping. This information is for filling out the certificate out of buyer.
All applicable paperwork and BOS will be signed and released ONLY to buyer.
ENGINES: Engines will be shipped via freight at standard shipping price on listing of 150.00 (for the 48 states only). Residential is an additional 150.00 fee.
RETURNS:
- If there was an error on our behalf, please contact our office as soon as the item is received. We will work as quickly as possible to fix the issue!
- Item will be refunded/exchanged only upon the return of item.
- Items being returned must be sent back “as shipped” condition. Item must be unused, uninstalled, unaltered, or tampered with.
- If you no longer would like to keep the item, you will be refunded the cost of the item, minus original S&H and a 20% restocking fee.
- The buyer is fiscally responsible for all monetary expenses when returning the item back to us.
