? Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are not negotiable and include packaging, handling, and administration fees. We do not charge any additional fees beyond the quoted shipping price.
? Packaging & Condition:
We take great care in securely packing and dispatching your order to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
? Combined Shipping:
To keep shipping costs as low as possible, we will combine multiple items purchased in the same transaction. Please note that partial shipping refunds will be issued during order dispatch, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon.
? International Buyers:
Shipping from Australia can be costly. Please refer to the Postage tab within the listing for accurate international shipping rates. Costs will be automatically calculated per the listings weight and dimensions.
Payment, Shipping and Feedback Information
Payment:
Full payment is required within 5 business days of purchase, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon. Your order will be shipped within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
Please note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Australian Buyers:
Orders are shipped via Australia Post only. Delivery typically takes 1?5 business days from dispatch. Economy postage is sent untracked via stamps. While this option keeps costs low, we recommend tracked shipping for peace of mind, as untracked mail cannot be monitored once sent.
International Buyers:
Orders are shipped via Australia Post International Standard only. Delivery usually takes 5?14 business days from dispatch, but please allow 4?6 weeks for some European destinations (e.g., France, Italy) or during peak customs periods.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Important:
1. As a registered business, we cannot mark items as ?gifts.? All international orders are shipped as sale of goods.
2. We are legally required to declare the full value paid for the item(s) on all customs forms.

1. Payment is received,
