Signed by Soyuz 40 crew cosmonauts Leonid Popov and Dmitry Prunariu, asa well the certificate signed by Soyuz T-4 crew: by cosmonaut Viktor Savinykh and Vladimir Kovalyonok.

Soyuz T-4 was Soviet space mission which launched the crew of Salyut 6 EO-6, the sixth and final long-duration crew of the Salyut 6 space station. It was launched on 12 March 1981 and docked with the station the next day.During their stay, the EO-6 crew was visited by Soyuz-39 and Soyuz -40. Soyuz T-4 returned to Earth on 26 May 1981; its crew were the last to have inhabited Salyut 6

Soyuz-40 mission was a 1981 Soviet crewed spaceflight and the final flight of the Soyuz 7K-T spacecraft. It was a collaboration between the Soviet Union and Romania.

Hereby certifies that for the first time an international space crew has flown on a spacecraft, docked with a scientific orbital complex and transferred to an orbital station.

The flight was completed from May 14 to May 22, 19781 in accordance with the Intercosmos program by an international crew consisting of USSR citizen Popov Leonid Ivanovich and citizen Social Republic of Romania  Prunariu Dumitru Dorin  the Soyuz 40 spacecraft at the Salyut 6 orbital station.

Scientific and technical experiments were carried out on the scientific orbital complex “Salyut -6”- “Soyuz- 40” in the interests of science and the national economy by two crews consisting of
