Pre-owned in good condition. There is scratching on the front design of plate above the tallest flower. Surface scratching on plate. There is a indentation that looks like a manufacturer error on the bottom, underside of plate.. Recently hand washed and dried. Be advised this is a previously owned/displayed plate. Please review photos prior to purchasing. Sold as is.
