Made from aluminium, this sturdy but lightweight T adapter allows owners of DSLR and SLR cameras to attach their camera to the telescope and capture some of the night's spectacular offerings.
An eyepiece is inserted into the adapter and held in place with a securing screw. Alternatively, it can be used without an eyepiece for prime focus photography. You will need an appropriate T ring to attach it to your camera. T rings are freely available from photographic shops or off the web.
The adapter will work with eyepieces with a rubber eye cup, although you may find it easier to remove it.
The adapter has a black anodised finish to minimise reflection and a rubber grip to help adjust it (useful on cold evenings!). It has a chromed nosepiece and is threaded for filters.
Remember that you will need to obtain the T ring adapter to fit your camera.
