Returns

  • DOA (Dead on Arrival) items must be reported within 30 days from received date. A replacement or refund will be issued.

  • Merchandise must be returned with all original contents.
  • Returned items with signs of physical damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or tampering, tested not faulty will be refused and returned to sender at sender cost. 
  • Returned items should be carefully packed and shipped via traceable means.
