Cosmonaut Alexander Misurkin is a veteran of two long duration missions to the ISS Soyuz TMA-08M and Soyuz MS-06, commanded the Soyuz, and Soyuz MS-20 commanded by a single professional cosmonaut on board Alexander Misurkin.
Soyuz MS-20 is a Soyuz spaceflight to ISS launched on 8 December 2021.
Unlike previous Soyuz flights to the ISS, Soyuz MS-20 not delivers any crew members for an ISS Expedition or serves as a lifeboat for any crew members on board the station. Instead, it is commanded by a single professional cosmonaut on board Alexander Misurkin, and two space tourists Yusaku Maezawa and Yozo Hirano.
