Please also be aware that as they are vector illustrations they will not loose any definition regardless of how large they are printed. Even at wallpaper size, lines will always remain sharp and you will never see banding in graduated colours (we do offer any image as wallpaper too...).

All Billeresque images are created in high definition. Often our viewers think our work is photographic, but I promise you this is not the case! All illustrations are hand drawn pieces of art, created at huge sizes so that the details and colours are always sharp and vibrant.

Everything we produce is made specially to customers' orders by our fulfillment partners and therefore cannot be returned.
Our fulfillment partner prints in 25 different countries allowing us to find the most economical and speedy way to send your order to wherever you may be in the world.
If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered then please contact us. Please take a picture of any damage to the packaging or the incorrect item that has been sent. We will then send you a replacement free of charge and hassle free.
Please be aware that we receive extremely few requests for returns. Most of our customers are very happy with their prints.
