Lamp is in fine, usable condition and is considered decorative. Given its' age, it is recommended to only use this lamp while attended ie not left on when no one is home. Lamp is UL certified per photos. 

Good condition: Lamp is made from pure brass, which shows some slight signs of wear/color variance given that it's a naturally soft metal. The lamp and power cord look very good overall, and the lamp has been powered on/tested (see photos). Does not come with lamp shade; bulb not included.
