Not too fancy but could be fancy depending on accessories. It’s an early piece from the early to mid nineties. It’s in great condition and looks great in some of the photos but it’s pure back. It has a slight discoloration see pics but I have not had it dry cleaned in atleast a decade. It’s hard to see in the pictures but the fabric is mesh over the primary fabric around the chest area all around the upper part of the dress. It matches the ruffle that is only mesh. This dress will magically flatter any figure in my experience. The fabric tag is hard to read but it’s a rayon poly blend.
