Product Description
There are different ways of using this floating board swimming for different training :
- Hold both sides with both hands straight, put head into water, paddle at the same time for breathing exercises.
- Hold the front side with both hands, arms placed on the board and the head remains exposed to the surface of the water. You can practice the combination of waist and leg movements in this way.
- Place board between legs. Hand movements for freestyle and backstroke can be practiced this way.
