Overall condition is Fair to Good

Book is 112 pages with hardcover cloth boards and binding.  There is a glued picture on front.  Corners have wear, book is solid.  Some interior pages are torn with tape repair.  Small cover page is missing. Front page has written endearment with some notes on book type. Please see pictures.                   

Book measures approximately 9.5" X 12", and weighs 2 lbs. Package will be 3 lbs with protective packaging.
