(1879-1950) She was the wife of New York judge Irving Lehman
and the daughter of Nathan Straus, American merchant and philanthropist
who co-owned two of New York City's biggest department stores,
R.H. Macy & Company and Abraham & Straus. Fountain pen
signature on a clipped portion of a tax-related document,
dated October 22, 1949.
