Maalox Suspension is used for:
•Heartburn or when your stomach has too much acid (indigestion)
•Inflammation of the stomach (gastritis), and
•When prescribed by a doctor may also be used for lowering the amount of acid in your stomach or gut (intestine) when you have an ulcer
Direction for Use
Gently knead the sachet before opening. 1 or 2 sachets when episodes of pain occur without exceeding 12 sachets daily.
Ingredients
Magnesium hydrocide 400mg, Aluminium oxide 230mg, In hydrated Aluminium hydroxide form 460mg, Excipients (including sucrose and sorbitol) q.s.f. one sachet.
Caution
This medicine is indicated in adults (above 15 years of age) for heatburn and gastroesophageal reflux. Read carefully the package insert before use. Do not store above 30 degree celsius. Keep out of reach of children. For oral use.
