The Bulgarian Red Giant is an indeterminate variety, meaning its central stem continues to grow, forming a strong plant that requires sturdy support for optimal growth. These large, bright red tomatoes have a round shape, are multi-chambered, meaty, juicy, and have a dense, medium-firm texture. With an average weight of 400-800 grams (0.9-1.7 pounds), these giants can even reach an impressive size of up to 1.5 kg (3.3 pounds)!
