This is a Drop-Leaf Dining Table, Model 56, designed by Bendt Winge for Kleppe Mobelfabrik in Norway in the 1950s. This piece dates to 1979, and is crafted of solid and veneered rosewood. The legs may be teak. The table is versatile, allowing the leaves to collapse when not in use.
When the leaves are raised, the table measures 35 inches deep, 59 inches wide, and 29 inches high. When lowered, the table measures 12 inches deep, 35 inches wide, and 29 inches high. Each leaf measures 23.75 inches long. The tabletop has some light scratches, and the feet show some scuffs. Overall, this table is in very good vintage condition.
