After we receive your payment, we will process and ship out your order in 1-3 days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and sent out the next business day.
Please update your shipping address on E Bay and PayPal compliant to USPS /FedEx Smart Post before placing the order, as a reshipping fee will be applied for any items that get returned to us. In the event something other than the item pictured is received we will of course reimburse the return shipping.
Any other exchanges or returns (i.e. Buyer ordered the wrong part) are at the buyer's expense for return shipping and re-shipping.
We hope you will love your purchase, however if you need to return it, we have a 30 day return policy.
RETURN POLICY:
Unused and uninstalled items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Your return must be in new and unused condition.
All returns must include original packaging, with all hardware and accessories.
Orders returned outside of policy may be refused or subject to a 15% re-stock fee.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damage claims must be made within 3 business days of delivery. After this time period, we can not accept a damaged return. Damaged items will only be exchanged once we receive the damaged item back.
HOW TO RETURN:
Contact us to obtain a Return Authorization number. Please include your return reason in detail. We will respond with are turn authorization and return address, typically within 1 business day.
