This is a fancy SILVER PLATED ring with a beautiful setting; a focal gemstone of rutilated quartz-although its not a high quality rutilated quartz- there are not many striations throughout the stone that you can see, so at best this is a quartz.  It has faceted black stones of unknown origin on the sides and a ribbon of rose gold-tone that wraps around the face of the ring.  It's a really pretty ring, just not what I was expecting, and could not return.  It is a size 9.75, but could fit a size 10.  Brand new and never worn.
