Terms & Conditions: Please read prior to placing a bid or purchasing an item from Mr Bills World. We are a small business and will try to do everything we can to make you happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please give us a chance to make things right before leaving feedback.  If for ANY reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item. Any item shipped New in Unopened packaging MUST be returned UnOpened. Once a sealed item has been opened, it is no longer returnable. 

Shipping Terms:  All items are shipped with a tracking number and will be supplied to the buyer. Once item has been shipped it is up to the buyer to track shipment. 

• Local pickup is not available at this time.
• We offer combined shipping as long as items will ship safely together.
• Auctions must end within 1 day of each other to be eligible for combined shipping.

All International shipments:  All shipping outside the United States or Canada is handled through eBays Global Shipping Program. 

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charge. Those additional fees are the buyer's responsibility. We do not mark merchandise values below the sale price or mark items as "gifts" as US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
