• Payment can be made by PayPal through eBay only

• Payments using PayPal will be dispatched using the PayPal provided shipping address only

• A product will be reserved for you after confirmation and verification of your payment

• All items are supplied with a VAT Invoice or a VAT Margin Invoice.

• All our items are securely packaged with very little chance of being damaged in transit. The buyer will receive the item as they see in the pictures as each item is photographed separately and no stock photos are used.

• Orders received by 1:00pm on a business day will be processed and dispatched the same day (Business days being Mon - Fri)

• Laptops, Computers and Tablets will be posted via Parcelforce 48 Delivery or Parcelforce 24 Delivery (Additional charge of £10) 

• Phones will be posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed for the next working day by 1pm. 

• Item is fully tracked and will require a signature on arrival

• The tracking number will be uploaded onto the order details on eBay. Customers with a valid email address will also receive an email confirming the dispatch of their order.

• Orders are NOT processed for shipment on weekends or bank holidays

• All our items are sold with a 30 day Return-to-Base Warranty unless otherwise stated. 

• Some machines may also include Manufacturers Warranty - details of which will be stated in the item description

• If on a very rare occasion your item has a fault on arrival, we will offer a full refund or replacement device.

• Accidental damage is not covered

• All items are security marked and any evidence of tampering will void the warranty
