    2. Description: I try my best to describe my items as accurately as possible. All games & consoles are in perfect working condition unless otherwise stated; however, I cannot guarentee that all of my games will work on every single console, especially the ones with dirty lenses.

    3. Shipping: I do my best to get the items packed as securely as possible and post them as quickly as I can in order for them to reach you the fastest; and I always retain proof of postage for all of my items in order to prove when & where your item has been posted as well as preventing fraud. Normally items are posted within 3 business days as stated in all listings. In the unlikely event that your item is lost in transit, I will be more than happy to assist you to make a claim. I am sorry that I no longer give refund for lost items due to many false claims.

    4. Return Policy: Item can only be returned if found faulty or you received wrong product,  I am happy to refund you in full + return postage if item has been returned in the original condition within 10 working days from the day of purchase; but I cannot take responsibility if item is lost in the post when return. I am sorry that I cannot accept returns simply because you have changed your mind.
