How to use it?
Adults and children over 12 years: Take two to four tablets at bedtime.
Children aged 6-12 years: Take one to two tablets at bedtime.
Swallow the tablets whole with water.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Suitable for adults and children aged 6 years and over who suffer from occasional constipation.
Not recommended for children under 6 years of age without medical advice.
