Pre-owned and used .  This is a delicate piece in good condition. However, two palm trees are off and can be glued back on. Not sure where they go, but they are included. There may be other miniscule chips on characters or pieces that only the most critical eye would detect.

Comes in original box with styrofoam and prefer local pick-up to ensure an undamaged  delivery.
