Items being returned need to be unused, unopened, with any seals still intact, in the same condition as received and show no sign of wear. Goods must be unworn, in clean order and in a resalable state or they will not be accepted. Damaged goods cannot be refunded.


Please wait for us to accept your Return Request BEFORE returning your product. Do not attach any sellotape/parcel tape/address labels to the box or item itself.

Buyers must return goods at their own expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect. When returning goods please ensure you keep proof of postage as it is your responsibility if goods are lost (Proof of postage is not proof of delivery). Please ensure you keep a receipt when returning your goods as proof of postage. 


Once the item(s) are all returned, these charges will be deducted when we process your return. If you decide you don't like the product for some reason, the buyer will pay for returns. In addition a restocking and admin fee will occur.
