【1. Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) System】
Normally, import duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the
buyer.
However, to simplify the process and avoid any unexpected charges upon
delivery, we will pay these fees in advance under the Delivered Duty Paid
(DDP) system.
● Import duties and customs clearance fees are already included in the shipping cost charged at checkout.
● This ensures faster customs clearance and on-time delivery without additional requests for payment after arrival.

not subject to the above conditions.
Whether shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) or DDP (Delivered Duty
Paid), import duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
【2. Returns Policy Regarding Duties & Fees】
Please note that if an item is returned, the portion of duties and customs
fees that we have already paid on behalf of the buyer will be deducted
from the refund amount.

We ship with a tracking number via carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, or EMS.
