Orders are generally shipped the following business day after payment is
received. For example, if your order is placed AND paid for at 1 p.m. Eastern
Time on Friday, your selected product we will shipped it on Monday. We are only
shipping eBay orders via standard ground shipping at this time (3-7 business
days for delivery once the item leaves our warehouse)
Store Policies
If you are not satisfied, we are not satisfied either.
Should you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase of a new item for any
reason, you can return it in its original condition within 15 days of the
purchase date (see exceptions below) and we will issue a full refund. It’s that
straightforward. Returned items must be in their original, brand-new condition,
free from any signs of wear or use, such as scratches, scuffs, dings, or
scrapes on the instrument or accompanying materials. Additionally, items must
include all original packaging, manuals, warranties, and accessories;
otherwise, your return may incur a handling charge. Your refund will be
processed promptly after a successful evaluation of your returned item,
typically within 2-3 business days. Refunds will be issued for the product
value only, excluding any shipping and handling fees. If you received Free
Shipping on your order, the value of the shipping cost that was not charged
will be deducted from your refund.
Limitations and
Exceptions
The following products are not eligible for return – Clearance items, items
identified as non-returnable, discontinued items, demo gear, vintage
instruments, harmonicas, drumheads or drumsticks. The following fees apply to
Band & Orchestra returns - All returned woodwind and brass instruments
incur a $10.00 sanitization fee. Returned bows are subject to a $4.00
restocking fee. Returned mouth pieces will incur an $8.00 sanitization fee.
If you choose to return your shipment, please adhere to the return instructions
printed on the back of your invoice and ensure your return is packed securely
to avoid damage during shipping. All returns must:
1. Include a Return Authorization Number; (Please reach out to us via eBay
messages for an RA number)
2. Be in the original
packaging along with all collateral materials such as cases, straps, cables,
care kits, certificates of authenticity, warranty cards, manuals, and any other
items that were included with the instrument upon shipment;
3. Be in pristine condition,
exhibiting no signs of wear or use such as scratches, scuffs, dings, or scrapes
on the instrument or collateral materials.
