Condition:  Pattern is cut, complete.  Pattern envelope has ripping, wrinkling, yellowing and tanning. The bottom is open, and the flap is missing. Some of the pattern pieces have browing, including the Armhole Inset (K) and the Back Facing (C). The back facing piece has some tearing, but with careful handling, it would be useable.  (I would probably use it to make a new piece from newer tissue.)
