Note:

If the track system has no power, check whether the installation has any of the following abnormalities:

1. Correct installation of the power junction box is crucial for proper functioning of the track system. Ensure that the metal shrapnel is in contact with the copper wire on the track.

2. To prevent electrical hazards, it is important to firmly connect the N, L, and ground cables in the power input box.

3. If you experience difficulty loading the end power box onto the track, check if the spring on one side of the ground cable is cut off. Proper grounding is essential for safety.

4. Always follow the appropriate line of defense when accessing the track to avoid electrical hazards.

5. If you lack confidence in installing the end power box, we highly recommend seeking the assistance of a professional electrician to ensure proper installation and safeguard against potential safety risks.
