Precautions for use:
Avoid switching off the engine immediately after long time high load operation, it should idle for 3-5 minutes to dissipate the heat, to prevent high temperature leading to deformation of the valve body or lubrication failure.
Replace the air filter regularly to prevent dust from entering the turbine system and increasing valve wear.
Fault Codes & Solutions:
 
P0299: Turbocharging Pressure Insufficient
Possible causes: Bypass valve stuck in open state, seal ring leakage, or vacuum control pipeline damage.
P0234: Turbocharger Overpressure
Triggers: Bypass valve stuck in closed position, control solenoid valve failure, or exhaust gas pressure sensor signal distortion.
P2263: Turbocharging System Performance Abnormal
Troubleshooting directions: Bypass valve action delay, air path leakage due to mechanical wear, or ECU control signal interruption.
P003A: Turbocharger Bypass Valve Control Circuit Range/Performance
Related issues: Solenoid valve coil short - circuit/open - circuit, wire harness plug oxidation and poor contact.
Power Insufficiency/Abnormal Noise
Hidden faults: Incomplete opening/closing of the bypass valve causes turbo lag or surge, accompanied by metal friction sound.
