This lamp shade is in used condition. There are no stains on the shade that I found. There is a tear on the inside lining, as seen in the photos. The top round measures 13 inch . The bottom round measures 19 inches. It's 11 inches tall. The stripe on the top and bottom is grey. This shade would make a nice addition to a lamp or room.
