This is a short New Look dress size 2X. It is Red with white dot and lace at the bottom. It is 31" long from under the arm and 21 1/2" across from under arm to under arm or 43 all around. I don't know the material but is silky feeling.

I bought this I think from Temu and it didn't fit I think it is more like an XL.
