Directions

Combine 1 scoop of powder in approximately 200ml of water and mix well.
Product can be prepared with other liquids such as milk, coffee or addded to your smoothie if desired.
All prepared products should be tightly covered and consumed within 4 hours at room temperature or within 24 hours, if refrigerated.
Close lid tightly after each use.
