Giuseppe Arcimboldo was an Italian painter best known for creating imaginative portrait heads made entirely of objects such as fruits, vegetables, and flowers. This ornament measures about 4" tall and 2" diameter at the widest point. 

Except for one paint chip noted on the side, this ornament is in very good condition.
