The pattern number is 5153 dating the design to around 1924. The piece was decorated by Roland Heath and the 4 point Rebus / device is shown on the base together with the decorator's monogram.

The Jar measures approx. 12.5cm diameter at the wideat point x 23cm tall with the cover in place.
