This item is Alive, by Piers Paul Read. J.B. Lippencott Company, 1974. It is hard cover, about 9 1/2'' x 6 1/4'' and has 352 pages, plus a large photo section inside the front.   No dust jacket. This is the story of the survivors of a plane crash in the Andes.

The book is mostly in good sturdy used condition but has the following issues: the photo section at the front is coming loose from the book. One or more of the photo pages are already loose and the rest are threatening to come loose as well. There are some light stains to the page edges. The pages have darkened with age. There is also a name and a number written inside the front.

In flipping through several times I do not see any other writing or damage.
