Q1: Are the function keys (F1-F12) directly accessible?
When the function keys cannot be used directly, please find the “Fn” key and the key with a lock symbol next to F12 on the keyboard. Press and hold the “Fn” key and then press the key next to F12 so that you can use the shortcut keys.
Q2: Can AUSDOM Wireless keyboard be used as a wired keyboard with usb cable connected?
Inside the package there is a USB-C cable and the cable is for charging only.
Q3: Can the battery be replaced when the keyboard stops working?
AUSDOM Sofkeys4 ultra slim keyboard is equipped with a built in battery and it is rechargeable via a USB-C charging cable(included in the package), so the keyboard doesn’t accept external batteries.
Q4: How many devices can be connected to the keyboard at the same time and how to connect?
AUSDOM silent Keyboard can be connected to three devices at the same time.
Please Turn on the keyboard(the power switch is on the top left of the back of the keyboard) and follow the steps:
1. Plug the USB Receiver into the computer and press the 2.4G mode button to connect the first device.(The USB Receiver is on the back of the keyboard)
2. Press the BT1 button for 3s to enter Bluetooth pairing mode, then operate on a Bluetooth-enabled device to connect the second device.
3. Press the BT2 button for 3s to enter Bluetooth pairing mode, then operate on a Bluetooth-enabled device to connect the third device.
Each time the keyboard restarts after auto-sleep, it will automatically connect to the last connected device instead of pairing again.
Q5: Is the keyboard compatible with any system or device?
The wireless keyboard is not compatible with Windows 7 and Windows XP system in Bluetooth mode.
