For your consideration, this lovely and exquisite antique French hand fan. Worked, decorated and lacquered by hand . White mother of pearl sticks richly carved, gilded and painted on both sides with mythological story and flowers.
- The delicate hand work done on its carved mother of pearl rods is unique with gilt ornamentation.
The fan measures unfold 28cm (11 inches) . The length is 16cm (6.29 inches). The fan is in very good overall condition for its age, however it has some age marks (please watch closely the provided pics). No broken guards or sticks , a bit of age to the fabrics, but as you can see, museum quality. Lots of photos show it well to evaluate its condition. Unique piece.
