Toyota 2JZ-GTE VVT-i
Toyota 2JZ-GTE Non VVT-i
Toyota 2JZ-GE VVT-i

Returns & Exchanges


Please inspect items immediately when received.  Read conditions below carefully before inquiring about returns and exchanges.

  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  The restocking fee covers the cost of our order processing, shipping cost, and the restocking process.
  • Items you wish to return MUST be approved prior to your return.  Contact us for an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) and specify your reason for return.  All return inquiries must be sent to us within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Approved Returns MUST be sent back to us within eBay's 30 days of receiving your RMA#
  • Returned items must be in brand new condition.
  • Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable.
  • Once items have been returned to us, and the condition has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued.  Approved refunds are issued within 2-3 days.
  • If a mistake was made by us, we will provide a return shipping label for you to use to make the exchange as seamless as possible.

Order Status & Availability

  • We will contact you by eBay messages if an item you ordered is currently not available or back ordered.  We will obtain your approval if you wish to keep an item on backorder or if you wish to cancel your order. 
    If the item is coming back in stock within two weeks, we'll ask if you want to keep it on order.  If any longer, we will immediately refund you.  We ship back ordered items immediately when they become available.
  • We only shipped to verified addresses, if you wish to change an address, please do so on eBay or contact us if you need help. 
  • Please contact us if you wish to check the availability of an item prior to making an order.
  • I may ship using USPS, FedEx, or UPS.  Factors that include my selection is the best time or carrier limitation to ship to you.  If you have a preference, I may consider it but please message me first.
