I obtain my items from estate sales, people who are de-stashing and other sources. I describe the condition as best as I can.

This came from an estate.  Included is the pattern, instructions and fabrics.  

READ THIS - Note that the kit includes wool fabrics but not other items like floss required for the block.  I did not check the packet to confirm if all the wool required is included although it does appear to be complete.  

Note also that the fabric colors on my monitor look lighter than they actually are.  Different monitors show colors differently so you cannot necessarily count on getting the exact color fabrics you see on your monitor.
