Please note all cooking times are approximate and depend on a range of factors, including quantity of charcoal and type of barbecue used, lighting method and weather conditions.

Lighting Instruction:

Remove one of the paper pouches from the outer wrapper and lay the unopened pouch in the centre of your barbecue. Light each corner of the bag and wait approximately 20 minutes for the flames to die down. Once the charcoal has turned grey, spread it across the barbecue, and wait for any further flames to die down before starting to cook.
