Under Armour Basketball Gym Shorts Mens Size M Sports Pockets Drawstring Loose 

These belonged to my son.  He cut the fabric care & size tag out of the waistband.  I believe they are 100% Polyester, but not for sure.  

The sides of the legs have a rubber feeling material.  Interesting style.
