This is a used computer. The computer is geared towards privacy and security out of the box but can be configured for whatever your needs are once you have it. I have preinstalled Trisquel onto it so out of the gate it has no proprietary software on the OS nor in the kernel as it uses the libre kernel. Trisquel already has LibreOffice for word processing and Abrowser for web browsing. I have installed all updates as of April 14, 2024. You will just need to setup your user account and password after receiving the system. It is a great system for web browsing, email, YouTube, and word processing. It can play some games such as visual novels or 2D games but will struggle with many 3D games. You should be able to install another Linux distro or BSD if you wished. There is a DVD burner as well as a wifi card already installed. I have tested the RAM and HDD, both passed testing. The system does not come with a keyboard, mouse or tech support. It does come with a power cable but not a monitor cable. You will get the original box for the SSD. The wifi was brand new and sealed before being installed into this system. The wifi antenna are unscrewed and in a box for safety during shipping. You can lay the system flat or stand it up. The system will be shipped with tracked shipping.
